NAMESPACE STUDIOS PRIVACY POLICYNamespace Studios, which will be referred to as NS from this point on, does not in any way shape or form "collect" or "recieve" any personal data from its users and/or visitors. All information provided when signing up on the forums and/or using this site is completely voluntary and is provided by the user by his/her own choice. Any information provided on NS by a user may be deleted by that user at any time. Also, all information provided on NS is never sold by NS staff or seen by anyone outside of the NS network.
NS respects the rights of its users to not provide any information that they do not want. As a general policy, no information is collected from a user without his/her permission. This site does not run any scripts or other method that collects any information whatsoever from one's computer. However, non-personal information is automatically recorded by the NS server in order to better design the site for its users. This information includes the user's browser type, user's operating system, and the user's Internet service provider (ISP). Information such as user's location, e-mail address, name, and age are only known to NS when provided by the user voluntarily. Should the user wish to delete this info, they may do so by updating their profile on the forums. Upon registration at the NS forums, you must enter a valid e-mail address. This is strictly for validation purposes only and is not used in for any other reason. NS will never sell you e-mail address, add your e-mail to a mailing list, or use your e-mail in any other way. Additionally, upon registration, you must enter a username. It does not have to be your real name, you may use any name you wish. During the sign-up process and in your profile, you have the option to add your e-mail address to the NS newsletter mailing list. Should you, at any time, for one reason or another, wish to not recieve any more e-mails, you may update your profile on the forums. The NS forums use "cookies" to store information necessary for the forums on your computer. Such information includes your username and password if you choose to remain logged in forever and for other harmless reasons. NS forums do not "collect" or "recieve" any personal information by using cookies, nor does it store any harmful information on your computer. Users should be aware that by voluntarily submitting personal information (i.e. e-mail address, username, real name, and location) on the forums, it is visible and may be collected and used by other parties outside the forums and may result in unsolicited messages/contact from other users. SPECIAL NOTE FOR PARENTSWe at NS recommend that parents should supervise their children in online activites and consider using parental control tools available from Internet service providers such as MSN, and software from other third-party companies. These include parental filters and site visitation logging.
